- OPC undertakes research for clients and for publication. Our research work, sometimes undertaken in collaboration with the University of Reading Business School, focusses on issues to do with property investment strategy and indirect property investing.

Our published research work has included surveys of indirect property investment in the UK and Europe (see publications) and on the equilibrium level of property yields. Our client work has included property forecast models, property investment management fee surveys, risk and return modelling for direct and indirect property portfolios and advice on international execution strategies.
